At Shelby Watch Company, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, shipping options, fees, and additional information you should know before placing an order.

Watches

Shipping Origin: All watches ship from Ontario, Canada.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
Shipping Carrier: We primarily use Canada Post Xpresspost with tracked shipping. However, we reserve the right to use other reputable carriers (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL) if necessary due to strikes, carrier issues, or service disruptions.

Shipping Rates

Canada & USA: Free Shipping
United Kingdom: £20 flat rate
Australia: $55 AUD flat rate
Other Regions: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery region using Canada Post rates.

If we do not currently ship to your region, please contact us at support@shelbywatchco.ca to request a delivery option.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: 2–7 business days after dispatch
United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Australia: 10–20 business days after dispatch
Other Regions: Estimated delivery times vary by location and will be provided at checkout.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, carrier strikes, or high-volume periods.

Merchandise

Shipping fees for non-watch merchandise (e.g. straps, accessories, apparel) are calculated at checkout using Canada Post rates based on delivery region.

Customs and Duties

All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
