Shelby Watch Co. – Terms and Conditions

4. Shipping

We ship within Canada and internationally. Shipping times and fees are displayed at checkout. Shelby Watch Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

6. Warranty

We offer a two-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects, as described in our Warranty Policy. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site – including but not limited to images, logos, product descriptions, and trademarks – are the property of Shelby Watch Co. and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
